Hi everyone! How do you spend time at home during this quarantine time? I feel so frustrated being home! I know everyone feel that way. I couldn't even make any jewelry, to be honest!! . I started my meditation time again since I was a little slacking! -- How to start -- We can start from 5 minutes. Sit or lay in your comfortable position. Close your eyes and breathe. (It's normal that you start thinking about something else, don't worry!) Slowly take a deep breath in, hold your breath for a second, and exhale out. Easy right? Let's start from focusing on your breathing for 5 minutes. There's many apps and videos. You can use timer or you can do as long as you want. Couldn't do for 5 minutes? It's ok too, no worry. Sometimes I do my meditation in the bathroom too! Definitely better than a cup of coffee to start your morning with 🧘♀️ . It's so important to stay healthy, physically and mentally. Have a good day everyone and stay safe!
